At Millie and Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase! However, please note that we only accept returns for faulty or damaged items. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the return process.

Returns for Faulty Items:
If your item is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us with photos of the defect or damage, and we will arrange for a return or replacement. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.

​​Purchases Made at Own Risk:
All other purchases are made at your own risk. We do not accept returns for change of mind or items that are not defective.

Additionally, by purchasing our products, you acknowledge that your dog consumes or interacts with the product at its own risk. ALWAYS supervise your dog with any new toy or product to ensure safety.

If ANY product is ingested or consumed, Millie and Co is not responsible for any adverse effects.

We take great care in inspecting and packaging our items, but if there are any issues, we're here to help.
